We're excited to share the latest updates from our construction site! Foundation work is distantly in the past, with the building shell well under way, ahead of schedule and under budget.
What's Been Completed
- Exterior walls, interior framing, and electrical conduit installations are now complete, giving the structure a solid base and defined layout.
- Roofing work is also nearing completion, with only final sections remaining before the building is fully dried in.
Systems in Progress
Inside the building, several major systems are progressing simultaneously. Insulation installation is underway, and HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire-suppression systems are all actively being installed. These coordinated efforts are setting the stage for the next phase of construction as the project transitions toward interior finishes and system testing.
Next Steps
Drywall, windows, and doors are planned for installation this summer as the project moves into the next phase of construction. If work continues at its current pace, the school may be ready in early 2027!
